Redvers Services in Swindon has been servicing and repairing motorhomes for around 20 years, giving us a huge amount of practical knowledge and experience across a wide range of motorhomes, from newer vehicles through to much older models.

Over the years we have gained an extensive knowledge of motorhomes, their components and how the different systems fitted to them operate. That experience becomes particularly valuable with older motorhomes.

As vehicles get older, many original parts are becoming increasingly difficult to source. Manufacturers change, suppliers disappear, components are discontinued and sometimes the original part number simply leads nowhere. This is where many years of experience makes a real difference.

We have built up a large network of contacts, specialist suppliers and parts sources over the years. We often know who to speak to, where an older component may still be available and what alternative solutions may exist when the original part can no longer be supplied.

Just as importantly, we have the experience to understand how many of these older systems and components were originally designed to function. Sometimes repairing an older motorhome isn’t simply a case of entering a registration number or part number into a computer. It can take experience, investigation and knowing the right people.

That knowledge has been built up over many, many years of working with motorhomes, and it can often make the difference between being told “that part is obsolete” and finding a practical solution that gets you back on the road again.
